I accept the following insurance plans:

Private Pay

If you prefer not to use insurance, or if I am not in network with your insurance plan, you are welcome to schedule appointments using my private pay rates.

Session Fees

• Initial 60 minute appointment: $180

• 60 minute psychotherapy session: $180

• 50 minute psychotherapy session: $150

I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your out of network benefits.

You will pay my standard private pay fee at the time of your appointment. Upon request, I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Depending on your plan, your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of the session fee.

Because every insurance plan is different, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out of network mental health benefits and reimbursement eligibility.
