About Amy

Healing happens here.

Therapy is about more than getting through a hard moment. It's about real, lasting change. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard and safe enough to actually do that work.

My Philosophy

You don't have to face it alone. Healing happens step by step.

Hi, I'm Amy, a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults work through anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.

Many of the people I work with have faced real adversity: a traumatic event, a loss, a difficult pregnancy, birth, or infertility; or the weight of a job helping others when you're running on empty.

Whatever brought you here, you deserve a space where you can process it without having to perform being okay.

My Approach

Every person comes to therapy with a unique story, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

I'm trained in EMDR, IFS, and parts work. I use EMDR to help you process traumatic memories so they stop running the show in your daily life. IFS and parts work help make sense of the different sides of yourself, the part that's anxious, the part that's still grieving, the part that's holding everything together, so instead of fighting them, we can understand what each one needs.

I also draw on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy where they fit, because every person's story is different. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical: together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and build tools that support lasting change.
